Co-Parenting for Conflicted Families:

Class focus is to work with a facilitator to assist both parents and any significant others in resolving conflict in a manner that is beneficial to the child(ren). The Parenting Facilitator Mediates, Monitors, Educates and Refers to additional services as needed.  Parenting plans are addressed in the cooperative parenting approach. In addition, the Parenting Facilitator is available in the future to assist the family as a means of addressing conflict and avoiding future legal costs.  These classes are 8 weeks long or can be completed in a 1-day workshop

Parallel Parenting:

The parallel parenting course focuses on those parents who are in conflict and argue a lot or need to disengage in their parenting. Even if you can sometimes parent cooperatively, you find it to be difficult and are in conflict too much of the time. Conflicted parenting is the worst for children, who are often in the middle of the conflicts. Your children will adjust to your divorce easier if you can avoid conflicted parenting.  These classes are 8 weeks long (sessions) or can be completed on a 1-day workshop.

Anger Management Groups:

Anger management skills, techniques, and strategies are taught with foundational skills like recognizing stress, developing empathy, responding versus reacting, communicating assertively and not aggressively, managing expectations learn to process your feelings, and embrace forgiveness.  These skills can be challenging to develop and exercise, but also can be done even when you are dealing with a difficult person.  We are talking about personal management.
