Workplace Mediation
Mediation is a process where a neutral third party assists you in reaching a voluntary, negotiated agreement. Mediating is about identifying the issues in dispute, fact finding and dissemination, generating potential solutions, quantifying risks and outcomes, identifying your interests (as opposed to positions and posturing) and then finding the solution(s) that you and the other party can agree to.
The benefits of Workplace Mediation are numerous. Train your supervisors and managers on how to handle conflict between employees, teach them to work through issues, and decide when mediation is appropriate.

½ day workshops (4 hours) are $600. Full day workshops (8 hours) are $1200. Maximum number of participants per workshop is 15 people. This affords the opportunity to create the most interactive experience as possible.
Workshop Fees:
Are there specific issues that need to be addressed privately? Do you want to get the most from your workshops? Follow through with conflict coaching at $75/hour! Provide the opportunities for your staff to get support, in ½ hour increments, to put the training to work! 15-minute laser coaching services can work as well!
